How to read coordinates
An ordered pair is written as (x, y). The first number always tells you the position on the x-axis, and the second number tells you the position on the y-axis.
For example, to find (4, 3), start at 0, move 4 units across on the x-axis, then move 3 units up on the y-axis.
The same order is useful when moving a point: change the horizontal position first (x), then change the vertical position (y).
